Question: How long does the process take?
Answer: Approximately two weeks from order to receiving. Firearms only. All other items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail the following business day.
Question: What if I fail my background check?
Answer: The process will be reversed. Your money will be refunded! Although you will be responsible for the return shipping charges.
Question: Do you take trades?
Answer: Yes, Simply take as many detailed pictures of the firearm that you can and include a statement detailing as much history about the weapon as you may recall and email it to jradzik@gundealeronline.com
Question: May I use my Credit Card to purchase Firearms on your site?
Answer: YES. We accept Visa, Mastercard American Express and Discover. We also Gladly accept Checks [There will be a waiting period for clearance typically 21 Days] and Money Orders drawn from the United States Postal Service.
Question: How do returns work?
Answer: If there is any problem what so ever please call us immediately. Anything can be returned with in 5 Business days.Firearms cannot be returned if they have been fired.
Question: What happens after I place an order?
Answer: If you purchased a Firearm Gun Dealer Online will call you to discuss the details and make arrangements for shipping. Everything else will ship the following business day via USPS Priority mail.
