As many of you might already know there have been some changes to your state law concerning Firearms.
July 1st 2008 began a landmark event where as Dealers must now receive an approval code on other licensed dealers in order to ship any firearm to your state. This new law pertains to Hand Guns as well as Long Guns.
We at Gun Dealer Online are fully prepared to handle this new change in the law and are currently registered with your Department of Justice in order to provide an easy and trouble free transaction. You the customer will have to do nothing different as we will handle everything for you. This law in no way changes the limits on certain firearms ability to be shipped into your state and you will find a link to acceptable firearms for your state in the " Informative Articles" section of our website.
While we at Gun Dealer Online strongly disagree with this new ruling , we feel that limiting or completely stopping sales to your state is in essence infringing on your 2nd amendment rights as well as severely inconveniencing you and more over would prefer that the firearms community as dealers not retreat in frustration, but rather adapt and persevere.
