Purchasing Firearms through the web is 100% LEGAL assuming certain laws and protocols are
followed. The process is as follows.
1] You the customer, place an order through the website or directly over
the phone.
2] You the customer will contact one of your local firearms dealers
[Licensed FFL] and let them know that you will be receiving a firearm through
them. Transfer fees for receiving dealers do vary, but typically are between $25-$50. This covers the receiving
and background check necessary to purchase a Firearm.
If in the event you need assistance with this, Please
do not hesitate to ask. We have a large data base of receiving FFL'S on file
and in the event we do not have one in your area we are more then happy to
forge a new relationship with them in order to accommodate our customers.
3] Gun Dealer Online will be in contact with you in order to determine
the receiving FFL. You may also ad the Receiving FFL information to the notes
section of your order of which we will contact them and secure the proper
arrangements.
4] Gun Dealer Online will contact the receiving FFL in order to
request a copy of their Federal Firearms License.
5] Gun Dealer Online will then ship the firearm directly to that FFL at
which point you may pick it up at your leisure.
6] When Purchasing a Firearm online, the expected costs will be as
follows.
The Firearm
Shipping of which can vary and is calculated
based on the receivers address and is always insured.
Receiving cost. Typically 20.00-30.00.
You will not be responsible for Sales Tax unless you reside with in Pennsylvania.
PA Residents will be responsible for 6% sales tax.
