Springfield Armory Compact 45 ACP w/4" Barrel/Night Sights/Black Finish

The XD 45 ACP is a 4" barreled pistol with a shortened grip frame for
easier carry. Some models are available with two magazines. A 10 round
compact magazine and a 13 round service model magazine with XD Gear
X-Tension. That means a simple change converts this 10 + 1 round compact
into a 13 + 1 round service model.

I have carried several handguns over the last 20 yrs. Most of the time it was my Sig 229 in  9mm. I have tried the Glock and it ws NOT for me. I picked up the XD and it just fit my hand like it was tailored for me. I carry the 4 in. Service model as my daily carry gun. I am also looking at purchasing a compact XD45 as a back up. Just wish the they had a sub-compact in XD45. You can not go wrong with the XD.
