Question: Do I need to pay state sales tax to you or the dealer receiving?

Answer: NO.
Dealers cannot charge you sales tax as they are not selling the Weapon, rather simply performing a transfer of the firearm. They are not acting "Nexus" on our part. We understand that some dealers do in fact tell customers that they must pay sales tax. This is not accurate nor law and in most cases a spiteful act for not purchasing a weapon at there higher prices. If this in fact happens, Please notify us immediately so we may notify the State associated to the dealer for collecting sales tax and not remitting it. If your dealer has any questions in regards to the proper documentation and registering of a weapon in regards to sales tax compliance issue's, please have them contact us immediately. We also have a solid network of high quality dealers who are very familiar with your State's laws. Feel free to contact us and we can set up a dealer for you.

Question: Do you charge for the use of a credit card?

Answer: Absolutely NOT. While we do understand that some of our competitors do charge a credit card fee of up to 4% when you check out. We believe it to be unethical and simply a cost of business and we do not believe in penalizing you for doing business with us.
 
Question: What are your hours and where are you located?

Answer:  Our hours of operation are 9-5 Monday through Friday for online sales, and 10-6 Monday through Friday for retail sales. Our retail store is also open 10-2 on Saturdays, and we are closed on Sundays. We are located at 823 Rohrerstown Rd Lancaster PA 17601.

Question: Do you have a retail location as well?

Answer: Yes we do, our retail location provides customers the opportunity to pick up orders direct, perform firearms transfers, and browse a wide selection of firearms and accessories.

If I purchase a firearm from Gun Dealer Online, how long does the process take?

Answer: Approximately 3-5 business days for processing. This enables us to confirm your order details, receive a copy of you dealer's FFL for transfer, and prepare your order for shipping. All handguns ship 2nd Day UPS, and all long guns and accessories ship UPS Ground. You will be notified of shipping via Email shortly there after.
 
Question: What if I fail my background check?

Answer: The process will be reversed, and your money will be refunded! Although you will be responsible for the return shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee.

Question: Do you take trades?

Answer: Yes, for out of state trades, please email us detailed pictures and a description of the firearm that you wish to sell. Include your contact information in the email, so that we are able to contact you with our buying price. Please email all trade offers to sales@gundealeronline.com.

Question: May I use my credit card to purchase firearms on your website?

Answer: YES. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We accept personal checks (There is a waiting period of 21 days for orders to ship paid for with personal checks), and Money Orders.


Question: How do returns work?

Answer: If there is any problem what so ever please call us immediately. Anything can be returned with in 5 business days. Firearms cannot be returned if they have been fired. A 15% restocking fee will apply and the item. Accessories must be returned in there original packaging unopened. Question: What happens after I place my order?

Answer: If you purchased a firearm Gun Dealer Online will call you to discuss the details and make arrangements with in 24 hours of your purchase.
